This Order and Shipping information, is only for foreign countries. Dutch and Belgium countries can find our information on the NL website. Please select the Dutch flag on the right side.
Order:
Ordering products is only possible through our website www.aquaplantsonline.com
Shopping and Ordering:
With the categories on the left you can view and order our products. Have you found a product, then you can easily place it in your shopping cart using the ORDER button. The product is automatically placed in your shopping cart. In the right corner you can see the contents of your shopping cart. Once your order is complete, click on the CHECKOUT button. After you choose your preferred shipping method and your method of payment, you click on the CONTINUE button. Check your order, billing address and shipping address. The shipping address is used as the address, where we sent your order to it. Place the final order by the CONFIRM ORDER button.
After confirming the order you will receive a copy of the order in your e-mail box. So ensure that you always uses a working e-mail address. Hotmail uses a very expressive spam filter, so we can not guarantee that you will receive a copy of the order. If you not received a copy within 24 hours, please contact us.
Payment options:
You can choose different payment methods:
Cash payments: Cash payment is possible when you pick up your product on our shop. You can consult us on Wednesday afternoon or on Saturday to collect your order and pay cash. When ordering please specify the Wednesday or Saturday.
PayPal Credit Card: With Credit Card payment is possible and totally secure through PayPal secure server. Once you place an order, you go automatically to the secure server of PayPal. Here you can register, or login if you already have account with PayPal. Your payment will safely and completely automatically. After your payment you will automatically return to our website, and you receive an e-mail with your order and an e-mail from your Credit Card payment.
Prepay (Bank): With Prepay, pay first the amount on our bank account. Our bank details are below. Also you get our bank information by e-mail.

Shipments:
We send orders with Plants only on Monday and Wednesday (for the Netherlands and Belgium). We send orders with plants for other countries only on Monday.
Orders without plants we send so soon as possible after your payment.
Through the order status you will hear one days in advance when the package is offered at TNT Post.
When you want to change or addition your order, you must always contact Aquaplantsonline. When your order is Ready to Send, no additions or changes can be made anymore.
Picking up in our warehouse:
Picking up in our warehouse is only on Wednesdays from 14.00-17.00 and Saturday from 10.00-17.00 hours. We let you know when the order is complete.
Shipping cost:
The shipping cost is automatically calculated during the ordering and checkout.
